In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of clothing, you can return the full price element(s) within 14 days from the delivery date if the returned goods are unused, unwashed, marked and in their original condition. We do not cover the shipping costs of goods for refunds or exchanges.

Refund or exchange
After we have received the item, we refund the amount of the returned item to the account within 1-5 working days.
Exchanges will be sent within 1-5 working days after we have received the return.
