Information can be registered and stored when you register at www.chosen.no, when you are in contact with sales and support either via e-mail, chat or when you use our services.
Where do we store information about you - and where do we share information about you with others?
Our e-commerce platform is provided by Shopify and data is stored in their cloud services.
Subcontractors
The controller also makes use of services provided by 3rd parties. Here is an overview of subcontractors where information can be stored

If you pay with Vipps in the online store (or our physical store), your phone number will be sent to Vipps for further identification.
Klarna:
If you pay with Klarna in the online store, personal information such as e-mail, name, address, social security number will be shared with Klarna for credit.
Gsuite by Google:
Gsuite by Google is used, among other things, for handling e-mail, documents (G Disk). Information is stored in these systems and email correspondence or documents may be stored with Gsuite by Google.
Klaviyo:
Klaviyo is used for email marketing or sending newsletters. Name and email can be shared with Klaviyo.
Google Analytics:
Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis. IP addresses and visiting patterns are stored.
Facebook pixels:
The Facebook pixel is used to analyze traffic. IP addresses and visitor addresses are stored.
clerk.io:
Clerk is used for analysis of traffic and personalized shopping.
Visma AS:
Visma is our accounting system and data necessary for bookkeeping is stored here. Typical Name/address/orders/invoice.
Frontsystems Database:
We use Frontsystems Datakasse as a checkout solution in our physical store. Information related to your order is stored in Frontsystem's data bank.
Verifone:
If you pay with Visa or Mastercard in our physical store, personal information such as card number will be sent to Verifone for processing the payment.
Logistics:
Logistra is our supplier of EDI solutions. When you shop in our online store, information such as name, telephone number and address will be shared with Logistra for the printing of consignment notes and transport labels.
Bring:
We send packages with Bring and thus share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address.
Postal code:
We send packages with Postnord and thus share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address.
DHL:
We send packages with DHL and thus share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address.
Communication through e-mail and SMS
As a customer, you will be able to receive e-mails and SMS regarding your customer relationship. For example, we will send you e-mails/sms related to orders you have placed, sms with tracking number, forgotten password, information about your customer account, etc. This is defined as legitimate interest and consent will not be requested.
We also use e-mail for marketing and communication. As a customer of the Data Controller, you will receive newsletters at regular intervals, especially if you have given active consent to it. It is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mails.
Inspection and correction
You have a right to access the information registered about you. Access can also be obtained by sending an inquiry to post@chosen.no. If the registered information is not correct or is incomplete, you can demand that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
Storage and deletion
Information that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was created is deleted from our systems.
